JUBALAND STATE OF SOMALIA

MINISTRY OF INTERIOR, FEDERAL AFFAIRS AND RECONCILIATION

 

Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation Jubaland State of Somalia (MOIFAR-JSS) invites reputable companies for the subject prequalified service providers with the most competent and qualified that meet MOIFAR-JSS Minimum policies, below is the selection criteria. Refer a detailed criterion – categorized into essential and capability in the ITT document available in link below.

 

1.       Valid registration/ license from Jubaland Ministry of commerce and Industry if a firm.

2.       Up to date tax clearance certificate/ TIN from Jubaland Ministry of Finance and Economic Development

3.       Duly completed invitation to tender pack with company stamp.

4.       Bank account with a proof of statement from September 2022 - to September 2023.

5.       Must have relevant experience of 5years in similar field. Please attach previous signed and stamped LPOs and contracts as evidence.

6.       Updated company profile (If a firm) with the following information;

                                                                                I.            Company main office/ branch offices address, contacts/emails

                                                                              II.            Company organogram

Bid closing date is 25^th October, 2023 at 4:00pm Somalia local time. All documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope to be hand carried addressed to The Tender Committee at the below addresses or send to moijss3@gmail.com . The envelope or email subject should indicate the Category Reference number. Please indicate the category reference number you have applied on the prequalification questioner form. Note: Companies are advised to bid for only one/two categories of business.

NB: Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.

Late bids shall be rejected and no liability will be accepted for loss, late delivery or non-delivery, whatsoever. Bids shall be opened at a later date to be communicated.
